<p>Que duda cabe que su voz no es ni será lo que en su día fue, pero hasta eso puede perdonársele a una de las grandes divas de la música cuando se coloca frente a un micro dispuesta a darlo todo.</p>
<p>El pasado día 14 <strong>Whitney Houston</strong> acudió en exclusiva al programa de su amiga <strong>Oprah</strong>, y aparte de una interesantísima entrevista, la diva deslumbro a todos interpretando en directo esa preciosa balada compuesta por Diane Warren para su ultimo disco, <strong>I Didn't Know My Own Strength</strong>.</p>

<p><img class="imgizqda" src="http://www.aeronoticias.com.pe/noticiero/images/stories/09/09/140909/beyonce.jpg" alt="" width="395" height="295" />El <strong>Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)</strong> de <strong>Beyonce</strong> se convierte en el mejor video del año, según la MTV, en la pasada edición de los Mtv VMA.</p>
<p>El video de Beyonce optaba a nueve candidaturas de las que finalmente gano en tres, mejor coreografía, mejor edición y finalmente la de video del año.</p>
<p>Tres premios tambien para <strong>Lady Gaga</strong>, de los nueve a los que optaba en un principio, mejores efectos especiales, mejor dirección artística por su video de la canción <em>Paparazzi</em> y el premio a la artista revelación (galardón elegido por los fans).</p>
<p><strong>Britney Spears</strong> y su <em>Womanizer</em> se llevo a casa el premio a mejor video Pop en una gala en la que no falto nadie de los que hoy en día mueven la industria (según MTV), hasta la reina del pop, <strong>Madonna</strong>, sin optar a nada, se paso por allí para contar lo muy amiga que era de <strong>Michael Jackson</strong> en un emotivo discurso que precedió a la gran actuación de la noche con <strong>Janet Jackson</strong> homenajeando a su hermano (dúo virtual incluido).</p>

<p>A la espera, la próxima semana, de que se estrene el video de <strong>Million Dollar Bill</strong>, ayer mismo nos llego el de<strong> I Look To You</strong>, ya sabéis que en USA es costumbre lanzar dos singles para que opten a los primeros puestos en las diferentes categorías de las listas. Pues bien, aquí tenemos el esperado I Look To You de <strong>Whitney Houston</strong>.</p>

<p>Sin duda uno de los disco mas exitosos del año es el <strong>I am. . . Sasha Fierce</strong> de <strong>Beyoncé</strong>, si a eso le sumamos su prometedora e incipiente carrera cinematográfica, su colaboración continua con varias ONG's en su lucha contra el hambre, y haber regalado mas de 2.500 entradas para sus conciertos por Norteamérica a familias desfavorecidas, podemos comprender que la revista Billboard la haya nombrado <strong>mujer del año</strong>, galardón que la revista creó en 2007 para reconocer a las artistas femeninas que durante los últimos 12 meses hayan inspirado al negocio de la música con su éxito, liderazgo y nuevas ideas, además de influenciar e inspirar a mujeres de todo el mundo con su estilo único, logros y dedicación a obras de caridad.</p>
<p>El próximo 2 de octubre, en Nueva York, se le hará entrega del galardón.</p>

<p>Tras <em>Guilty Pleasures</em> en 2005 y <em>Live in Concert</em> en 2006, <strong>Barbra Streisand</strong> vuelve con <strong>Love is the Answer</strong>, un doble CD donde la diva apuesta por una selección de clásicos del Jazz.</p>
<p>El nuevo álbum, que además trae el aliciente de un dueto con Diana Krall, se pondrá a la venta en España el próximo 29 de septiembre, en una edición dedujo con 2 CD‘s.</p>
<p>13 clásicos de Jazz en el primero con acompañamiento orquestal y los arreglos de Johnny Mandel, y en el segundo disco el mismo repertorio pero esta vez la diva será acompañada exclusivamente por un cuarteto de piano, bajo, guitarra y batería.</p>

<p>Ni con ‘Just Whitney' (su álbum de 2002) consiguió lo que ha conseguido con su ‘<strong>I Look To You</strong>' (2009), ya es Nº 1 en USA y en varios de los países donde ha sido lanzado.</p>
<p>Tras una larguisima espera, y el retraso continuo de las fechas de lanzamiento, <strong>whitney Houston</strong> esta de vuelta. Quizás no sea su mejor álbum (tampoco es malo) pero seguramente es su álbum mas sincero. Por supuesto su voz ya no es lo que era años atrás, pero aun guarda ese ‘algo' que solo las grandes tienen el privilegio de poseer.</p>
